Why Might You Want To Talk?
Different people want different things from counselling. You might be feeling anxious or stressed. You might be isolated or depressed and not understanding why. Together we will explore and try to understand whatever it is that you'd like to discuss.
In our first sessions together we will spend time exploring what brings you to seek help or support in a calm non-judgemental space. You may be looking for short term support in a time of crisis or longer term work in order to understand yourself at a deeper level.
Counselling sessions available in person and on Zoom from: 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday
